Beginner guide: the first 30 minutes

The order that matches the official description

The game page starts you on an empty plot and then names neighbourhoods, roads, farms, shops, factories, power plants, and water networks. I use that sentence as the spine of the first session, not a fan checklist invented for this page.

Community guides add one practical claim: a supermarket pays back earlier than a mall. That comparison is a player report. I repeat it because several independent guides say the same thing, and I still mark it as community, not official.

1. Roads first. Mines, shops, and factories all need a road before trucks or customers can reach them.
2. Housing second. Apartments are reported around 32 population, about 48 after an upgrade. Those figures are community, not an official sheet.
3. Utilities third. A building with no power or water is a common reason the city looks finished and still produces nothing.
4. Shop fourth. Open one store before you chase military tech. Income is what pays the next road and the next house.

Where to go after the first half hour

City level 2 is the first hard number we could cross-check: 250 population. After that, trucks and the steel chain are the usual stall. Use the city-level table and the truck page rather than stuffing those answers in here.
