Which one is free on PC?
The Roblox game, inside the Roblox client. WarEcon on Steam is not released and has no price. Empire City is mobile.
Which one is on Android?
Empire City (com.rbx.antique.android, 5M+ downloads) and the WDVLD game (com.buildnconquer.game, 100+ downloads). They are not the same app.
