Fuel, power, and the nuclear question

Two shortages that feel the same

The official description lists power plants and, separately, vehicles. Community guides map power to buildings and fuel to those vehicles. If your factory is dark, you are in the power article. If your truck or military vehicle will not run after it has spawned, you are in the fuel article. They share a page because the searches arrive together.

Coal is the early power story, with the connection rule unpublished — see the coal page before you assume a plant drinks from the nearest mine by magic.

What I will not print about nuclear

I can say the search exists and that guides put the plant late. I cannot say “reach 15,000 population.” That figure is one side of a conflict. The level-4 page holds the longer version. Come back here after a patch if the client finally shows a requirement line; that line would replace this paragraph.

Questions

How do I get more fuel?

Fuel is the input for mechanized units in community guides. A published per-hour rate does not exist. Increase the fuel chain the same way you increase any chain: road, workers, power on the producing building. Confirm the building name in your client.

How do I unlock the nuclear power plant?

One community page claims level 4, 10,000–20,000 population and holding a point for 60 minutes. No official source confirms those requirements. Read the current locked-building or objective prompt rather than planning around this claim.

Buildings are placed but dead. Is that fuel?

Dead shops and factories are a power problem first. Fuel is the vehicle problem. Split them before you rebuild.
